Description

Architecture is not a silent witness. Rather, it influences our actions and thoughts. That is why I often choose architecture as the protagonist of my work. In these, I decode built space as complex systems of, for example, power, nature, and history.

In the series „A Dictator’s Home,“ for instance, I show how private, publically concealed spaces within a dictator’s family write their own stories, while contradicting the official narrative imposed by the dictator. „Geometry of Nature“ explores the tension between organic disorder and human-made structure. In the „City Walks“ – from Berlin to Detroit, Brasília, and Tel Aviv – I trace the subtle remnants of urban spaces: public buildings, temporary interventions, social
housing, all of which require a new perception.

My camera does not function merely as a tool for documentation, but as an instrument for aesthetic and conceptual condensation. Targeted digital interventions support the visual idea without undermining its claim to truth. In other projects, strict unaltered authenticity becomes the concept. Through precise composition and consistent visual language, I create photographs that extend far beyond mere representation: they open narrative spaces in which viewers can discover hidden typologies or characteristics and are prompted to reflect.

I see my images as signposts for new perspectives – they challenge the viewer not only to see, but to dive deeper into the subject and understand it.
