Shipping policy for the Use of the BBA Store Platform
Terms of delivery
In the case of physical works of art, the Platform Operator, for its own account as well as on behalf of the artist, is entitled to make partial deliveries, insofar as this is reasonable for the User.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer shall pay the shipping costs for the artworks, editions, and other goods purchased.

After your purchase, our logistics team will contact you to find the right quote and arrange your shipment. We ship our editions with the logistics company DHL. Shipping prices vary based on dimensions, weight, insured value and destination country. Shipping costs are calculated after the checkout process and are subject to German VAT.

Bei physischen Kunstwerken ist der Plattformbetreiber sowohl auf eigene Rechnung als auch im Auftrag des Künstlers zu Teillieferungen berechtigt, soweit dies für den Nutzer zumutbar ist.
Sofern nichts anderes schriftlich vereinbart ist, trägt der Käufer die Versandkosten für die erworbenen Kunstwerke, Editionen und sonstigen Waren.

Nach Ihrem Kauf wird sich unser Logistikteam mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um das richtige Angebot zu finden und den Versand zu organisieren. Wir versenden unsere Editionen mit dem Logistikunternehmen DHL. Die Versandpreise variieren je nach Größe, Gewicht, Versicherungswert und Zielland. Die Versandkosten werden beim Online-bezahlen berechnet und verstehen sich zuzüglich der deutschen Mehrwertsteuer.
